    I’ve visited this restaurant several times since it first opened, but each visit has been disappointing due to extremely slow and poor customer service.It’s often difficult to get a clean table. On one occasion, we were initially seated at a table with a sticky, dirty floor, and the alternative table they offered was also unclean. When I asked about this, I was told the cleaner was off sick, which shouldn’t be an excuse for such conditions. There should be a contingency plan for maintaining cleanliness.We requested to be moved upstairs but were told we had to stay downstairs. Eventually, we were seated upstairs, where we were informed that waiter service would be limited. It’s puzzling how a restaurant of this size can’t provide consistent service throughout.The desserts are decent but somewhat pricey, and some of the fruit was not fresh.

    It was decent food for what you pay, however the service and hygeine was AWFUL!!! The table wasn’t cleaned before we was seated or during. We came and the host was just starting at us, I then asked if we could have a table and he just stood there no greeting or anything. Finally we got seated and he was just on his phone, we had to call somebody over to take our order because nobody was coming to us. When we received our food it was just left on our table no talking or cutlery, we then had to ask for the bill and they told us we have to get up and pay? What are we paying service for? Honestly awful experience compared to the wembley and o branch, will not be revisiting!

    This brunch spot is a gem! The service is brilliant—staff are friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy any craving.     Hidden Gem in Ilford!I recently visited this restaurant in Ilford, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is fantastic—high ceilings, fresh and stylish décor, and a welcoming ambiance. There are private seating areas that add to the comfort and exclusivity.The staff were kind and helpful. The food was delicious, well-presented, and reasonably priced, including the desserts. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the menu and the service.Upstairs, there’s a private meeting room, a prayer room, and clean, well-maintained toilets—great thoughtful additions!Overall, a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others!
